1 tablespoon is 13.5g of fat.

If you're thinking 3g fat blocks, that's 4.5 blocks.
Using 1.5g fat blocks, it is 9 blocks, or 3 per teaspoon.

Now can the product on Muscle Milk fit in there somewhere to satisfy the need for some of this?

Jeff, any pure oil is ~14g/tablespoon, whether it's olive oil, ghee, coconut oil, or almond oil. Consider 1 tsp as 3 blocks and 1 tbsp as 9 blocks.

I like to eat unrefined, raw unheated organic coconut oil with dates and figs, dipping them in it. Just picked up my firts batch of raw butter while I was at the Hollywood farmers Market from these folks and it is yummy.
