Agree but when people decide to start looking after themselves they're told to eat whole grains, avoid fat, avoid red meat, eat margarine containing omega 6 instead of butter and avoid salt and getting fit is done by getting on a treadmill to aim at 220 - age X 0.6

It makes my eyes bleed

Fish, shellfish, birds, native rats, fern roots, vegetables, etc. Now with the Westernised diet invasion, it's become McDonalds, fish and chips, KFC, beer, pies etc.
