What's a good sub for back extensions?

good mornings with some light weight, or maybe supermans with a decent hold time. But you'd be surprised at the rigs you can improvise for back extensions. I do mine off a retaining wall with a bag of bark on my legs. Over a exercise ball with heels under a barbell works too.

TRy lying face down on a flat bench with your hips off the bench or very close to the edge. You will need to hang on to something like the legs of the bench or a post. Keep your legs straight with your toes on the floor. Raise your legs(back extension). THis has a short range of motion but seems to work pretty well if in a pinch.

I do mine over a foot stool and toss the sandbag I made over my feet to hold me down. Not quite the best full ROM but it works pretty well.
