"Toughest" WOD?

I know this is a pretty subjective question, but I was wondering what everyone here considers to be the "toughest" of all the WOD's. I've heard people refer to 3 Bars of Death as the worst but I've never tried it, so I can't really comment. Based on my experience Murphy is definitely up there, along with maybe FGB or Filthy 50. Thoughts?

Fran and Diane are tough, but for whatever reason...I struggle the most with Michael. (3 rounds of 800m run, 50 back ext's and 50 sit-ups).

Re: "Toughest" WOD?

Linda is the toughest for me. It's the only WOD I've ever wanted to quit.

Mine is anything dealing with running as I can't run without losing feeling in my right arm and constricted breathing. Army Docs I tell ya gave me Motrin.

That sounds about right. I don't think I've ever seen or heard of a fellow soldier with any ailment that Motrin or "drink more water" couldn't cure.

(Sorry to hijack, that quote was too spot-on to pass by.)

Linda leaves the biggest mark on me. Diane and Fran are super tough, but Linda just hurts

Re: "Toughest" WOD?

I'm going to have to agree with the Painstorms. The girls can be brutal, but they aren't long enough. The Painstorms for even people in great shape can push an hour. I did 29 which was 20, 19, 18.....1 of:

Bodyweight Deadlift
Push-ups
1/2 bodyweight cleans

I seriously thought I was going to die - I did it after another WOD and only got through 20 down to 10 before I had to collapse for 5 minutes.
