steve's wod maintanence programme
hi, new to site, love the WOD'S ,this one i do when i have a little time and works you from top to bottom it's always against the clock if you stop it doesn't!!
50 press ups
1500m run tmill
50 press ups
40 full dips body weight
1100m row c 2
300 step machine or 30 floors
50 lat pull downs 40k wide grip behind neck
X Trainer level 10 800m
50 lat pull downs
5k bic level10 or above all machines are life fitness
i did this friday in 39mins 45 sec
times will varie due to equipment
but no matter what time you do
every time you have a go try to
beat it ,or at least equal it.

Lat pulldowns? wtf? Kidding.. but seriously... just do pullups instead.
Looks like fun though... a lot like the painstorms they have on here. You should try those out.
