They mean well, the problem is they want to mix CrossFit's "constantly varied" with Westside max and dynamic effort with Olympic weighlifting with periodized goals.
Which works really great for the recreational or non-athletic fitness crew (the majority of the affiliate, so they are playing to their clientele), but then they try to start a "competition" training time at 7 am (aka, when anybody that is actually involved in real life is either at work or getting ready for work) and wonder why the more competitive or already athletic people form their own little training groups and go off to open gym and such. |

i have never curled a KB, I think if it but (with out doing it) it seems like it would be hard gripping and letting the KB slide in your hand, seems like it would be ''sticky''. Oh and nothing wrong with curls.
