I have a problem when doing these,my wrists get really sore at the bottom position of the Squat,I almost have to roll the bar back and hold it with a thumbless grip.
Any tips or suggestions welcome.
Or has anyone suffered similar but found it improved over time.

Practice holding the racked position, do front squats during your warm up. Soon you'll have enough flexiblity.
