This guy is nuts. Thats all I have to say - the video speaks for itself.

To think how much training goes into breakdancing at this level though....

Junior is quite impressive. He's got some of the best hand balance work in the BB world. I've seen him drop off an 8' stage into a chest roll in dirt.

Brings to mind the article in Dec.05 Performance Menu - 'Power Bias' Ballistic Training for athletic Explosiveness, and 'Exploring Elevation - using elevation as a method of creating progressive resistance for bodyweight exeecises'

Everyone MUST get a subscription to Performance Menu' -

I am not the break dancin kind of guy, but that is pretty gnarly. I have got to admire it for what it involves. That guy has got some strength moves and flexibility. Now if my dog suddenly started doing moves like that, I'd take him to the vet, but that's another story....

Reeeeeeeaaaly nice planche pushups and handstands with lower torso rotations. Back in the 80's there was a strong push to make breakdancing an olympic sport.

Yikes. Not just planche pushups, but fingertip planche pushups! I love the crossover between Breakdance, Capoeira, Gymnastics, and a little Parkour...
