Notes: RXed workout. Finished 4 out of 26 on the whiteboard. Things got very slow with the wallballs. I thought I had gotten better at wallballs, but I guess I still struggle with them when I am fatigued.

CrossFit Games Open 17.2 Scaled (AMRAP 12)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of
2 rounds of
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 hanging knee-raises
8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 chin-over-bar pull-ups
8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between hanging knee-raises and chin-over-bar pull-ups every 2 rounds.

Men use 35-lb. dumbbells

Reps: 216

Notes: Scaled Open workout. No repped myself on one lunge and one clean. Also got confused one round on whether I was on pullups or knee raises. I might redo the WOD, depending on how sore I feel.
