One thing I've not seen a clear answer too is:
Does IF decrease bf % The logic behind the theories makes sense. Experientially, what types of results have you seen. It seemed in several of the reports you mentioned on the Crossfit forums that bf% increased with IF. http://www.crossfit.com/cgi-bin/discus/board-profile.cgi?action=rate&topic=23&pa ge=1828&post=4323 "A higher amount of body fat was found in both groups of animals adapted to intermittent fasting (standard laboratory diet, high-fat diet) but adapted animals fed a high-fat diet showed less body fat than adapted animals fed a standard laboratory diet." thanks, |

Bryan-
I've never had my bodyfat measured properly before, but I am pretty lean and have not gained any bodyfat since starting IF last May. I eat a high fat Paleo diet. Scott Hagnas CrossFit Portland |

I was 21% in early September.
I'm IF'ing 2-3d/week. Report due late November. However, this weekend may have thrown all scientific method out the window. |
