Glynn's Pursuit of Fitness

I wanted to start logging my workouts for several reasons:
  • Critique
  • Advice
  • Progress
  • Suggestions
  • New Ideas

Here we go! Thank you ahead of time!

Re: Glynn's Pursuit of Fitness

Erik,

I think it's great that you have started a log. May I suggest that you post some of your current stats of weight , bodyfat, lift numbers on major lifts, other benchmarks like pullups you can do, speeds for running, amount of time it takes you to do some of the named CF workouts, etc. this will help you look back and be able to see progress and determine if your program is working. also, perhaps come up with some goals you want to achieve and post those up to keep yourself motivated.

if you honestly want critique, advice, etc then be sure to be specific about what you are hoping to achieve and exactly what your WODs were. for instance, when you say "5 rounds: run 1mile, 20 burpees" did you just go all the way straight through? or did you rest between rounds? how long did each mile take? how long did each bout of 20 burpees take? stuff like that will help people understand what's going on.

good luck and much success
