My personal rule of thumb in the early stages is I need to reevaluate things if I'm not getting 8-12 on 5+ day, 5-7 on 3+ day, and 3-5 on 1+ day. So far I've been right on cue except for deadlifts which I consciously keep a handful in the tank since my form can go to **** but with grip staying strong without me realizing it...and my back just gets wrecked after pulling heavy for AMRAP then 5x10 afterwards.
175 Press
420 Deadlift
240 Bench
400 Squat

I'm starting to think my numbers started too high. All my 5+ lifts so far have been below 10.

8 Shoulder press
7 Deadlift
8 Bench

Should I just continue? Maybe I'm just not used to the higher reps. (been awhile since I did more than 5 reps on anything except squat, which is tomorrow)

Stay with your current program and see what happens.

Yeah I was definitely going to stay with it, I should have clarified more. What I meant to ask was if I should lower the weight to get in the 10 rep range.

If you've already done the 90% rule, keep the weights as is. I find the first two weeks of higher reps in squats tends to be brutal, but its a cake walk after that.

I'm kind of doing bodyweight. I'm doing the 5x10 @ 50% of the lift after the workout, then afterwards I do some kind of bodyweight movement. (5x10, or 3x max reps depending on how strong I am) I do pushups, back extensions, ring dips. I do pullups every day.
