Anybody out there recognize an old exercise done by the UK Special Air Service in the 80's called a "Flip Up"? I'm interested in the proper form.

I made a typo (at my age acceptable) its "Fling Up". lying on your back with feet out and supported, somehow your supposed to push up on your arms , make a circle with said arms and catch yourself before impact. Sounds like an upside down backwards Burpee. I'm an old beat up Marine Recon and we worked with the Brit Marine Commando's but I don't remember this one..supposed to be from the Brit Special Air/Boat Service. Surely with CF's military followers you folks can help me. I'm about to lose a bet that will cost me thousands in beer to an old UDT guy which is totally unacceptable to marines. Help
