If you're trying to put on muscle, adding dextrose to your post workout drink is extremely beneficial. I definitely noticed a small difference when I started taking it. 99% of supplements out there are complete BS IMO, but I really like all the ingredients in this product. Definitely worth a shot. Actually, creatine/dextrose/beta-alanine are the only things I'm taking now.

Actually, I wrote the label and recommendation as to when to take. I had to pick one way to list, so I went with pre-workout, but depending upon your goals and diet you can and should alter when you take it. For most CrossFitters I suggest it be taken with protein immediately after training on those days and with the highest fat content meal of the day on off days.

Yes, it is one serving daily.

It definitely helps with recovery. It is a nearly ideal supplement for CrossFitters as it will give them exactly what they seek - more strength, more strength endurance, and general endurance.

So the label says to take 2 scoops, could/should we just take one scoop pre and one post (post w/protein)?
