Anybody out there have any ideas on a good warm-up stretching routine that incorporates good range of motion and balance. I really like the Samson Stretch that was discussed in an old CrossFit Journal. I was thinking about taking this along with a couple of yoga poses/stretches and building a little warm-up routine & cool down routine. Any ideas?

Right now I do the following:
Shoulder Dislocates with rubber stretch bands
Samson stretches
Waiter Walks with a light kettlebell
Light Back Squats
