I think you would have nailed me on the Thruster, hang power clean, sdhp wod. I only hit 6 rounds. Tough WOD.

Eh, thrusters are not my friend, and SDHP is just tough, I don't care if it is just the bar, sumos are just hard.

My left leg cramped really bad thats why i went from 15 to 3, must not have loosened up enough

you should start using recommended reps and scaling weights appropriately that way. i bet you see huge improvements quickly.

Thrusters always seem the most difficult part for me. Using the rx'd weight, grip became an issue after 4 rounds or so.

I am with Samantha, do the actual reps just scale the weight. Like yesterday's workout I had to scale to 135lbs, but still did all the reps and all the ghd situps.
