Been a long time coming as i have had some mental block about it for ages (or perhaps the fact that i'm just plain old mental had something to do with it?), but i finally got a 70kg clean and jerk with me weighing in at 69.7kg

That is all. Onwards and upwards.

Good job Karl! Everyone doing Crossfit ought to aim for a bodyweight clean at least. It is a milestone similar to a muscle-up in terms of mastering your body's potential for explosive power.

Congratulations on your accomplishment.

Strong work mate, you have the lead but I'm closing on you. 185lb today, only 7 to go for bodyweight then I can work on pressing it ;)

Cheers, kempie
