About a week or so ago there was a 100m sprint x 10 WOD and I'd been geeking to try it so we did it today. I knew it would be a good workout, but someone questioned whether or not it was a good idea for folks that hadn't done sprint work. Mind you I wouldn't put de-conditioned or inconsistent people through this workout, but if an athlete has been CFing at least 3x per week, is there any reason to scale this WOD back? If so, what is it and how? I figure this one is pretty self regulating... someone's going to run a pace they can handle.
