9-10 hours of sleep (yess) CFCC @ 12 CNS recharge 5 rounds of 1 minute each: -broad jumps -seated medball overhead throws -medball slams -vertical jumps -rest followed by 1-arm handstands (against the wall). Naturally. |

Hang Power Cleans, peak of 1 75, 85, 95, 100, 105, 115 Metcon: 3 rounds 5 sandbag to shoulder @ 50# 15 push ups 7:31 7.1.11 3 rounds 1 minute hand stand 30 double unders 15 burpees 11:57 7.3.11 Messed up Murph.. 1/2 mi run 39 pull ups (meant to be 100. Ripped hands..) 200 push ups 300 squats 1/2 mi run. I was SUPPOSED TO DO 1/2 MURPH. I clearly am bad with numbers sometimes.... 50:55 |

Metcon: AMRAP 15 minutes 10ft handstand walk 5 forward rolls 5 burpee tuck jumps 9 rounds flat! today I held a handstand for about 8 seconds. FREE STANDING. And I sorta kinda walked on my hands. NEW GOAL IN LIFE. WALK IN A HANDSTAND. |
