It is currently 4 am aaand I'm running on 3 hours of sleep. I'm doing good..
Man, I'm starved. 3.16.11 Single leg squat holds, 90s per leg Strength: Hang power clean x3 65, 85, 95, 100 peak Metcon: 20 HPC @ 75# 20 Box jumps @ 24'' 20 Burpees 3:34 probably resting tomorrow (today?). probably should go to sleep now. BLARG. |

Cheers, Philadelphia! ![]() -- 5.1.11 (Happy Graduation Month to meee!) 3 miles of the Broad Street 10-miler. Untimed. For fun. Totally ran it at a good pace I feel. Got lots of sunlight. All in all had a good time. Yay. Feeling really in it now. Focusing on me (aka CF and sleep and food) = way healthier than stressing/sleeping my life away. Cheers to spring/summer. |

I started off thinking they were Hang power cleans and did the first few that way... oops. Called time BEFORE doing my last set of ring dips... then did them and got my time. It was an off 10-minutes LOL. |
