5.1.11 (Happy Graduation Month to meee!)

3 miles of the Broad Street 10-miler. Untimed. For fun. Totally ran it at a good pace I feel. Got lots of sunlight. All in all had a good time. Yay.


Feeling really in it now. Focusing on me (aka CF and sleep and food) = way healthier than stressing/sleeping my life away. Cheers to spring/summer.
