Re: Working on my Whiteboard - Top Ten WOD's??

Definitely Angie and Cindy for me. FGB, Murph seems good as well. They're also fairly easy to do without too much worrying for form, so new people can do it too.

Try 5 Rounds of 5 DL @ 275# and 10 Burpees.

Linda (three bars of death) is a long heavyweight.

Re: Working on my Whiteboard - Top Ten WOD's??

I'm a sucker for these list things ....

Cindy – Classic bodyweight, longish met-con
Diane – I really like this as a DL met-con
Fran – It's Fran!
Helen – Running met-con
Linda – As Rx'd, very tough WOD - plus, I love me some bench press
Grace – One of my favorites – great short metcon
Murph – To me, the “Heroes” equivalent of Fran
Filthy 50 – Great chipper
FGB – I just love the name! Plus, I thought another time priority WOD was needed
2k row – Quite possibly my least favorite workout

I think all of these qualify as standard benchmarks, and I think as a group they hit all the basics except muscle ups.

Honorable mentions to Nasty Girls (which would cover the MUs), Tabata Something Else and Michael.

Make sure you let us know what you end up with!

It's one of my favorites, although I have not done it as Rx'd.

I didn't choose linda because it has bench, which I personally feel isn't very functional so having that as a benchmark didn't feel right.

I ilke the deadlift burpee one, wasnt that a WOD in the 08 games?

What workouts do you have on your whiteboard for your box?
