Info on GOMAD diet

Is there more to it or is it just literally Gallon Of Milk A Day?

I've been on this for a few weeks, but I substituted raw whole milk (non-pasteurized) for regular milk. This is a serious question.

ALONG with eating real foods....it is not just a milk diet (if that was what you were implying)

No- obviously. I guess "diet" is a misnomer then if it's no more comprehensive than just a gallon of milk a day.

Eat lots of regular food and then top up with a gallon of milk. You could also Google the "Get Big Drink" it's a recipe from The Keys to Progress.

thank you kindly. the recipe is quite similar to my homemade power bars, which incidentally taste slightly worse than regular power bars (monkey butt). 3000 calories is epic. I've been unable to intake 8,000 calories in solid form, so this should do the trick.
