Yeah... I hope you feel better. I think it's just that time of the year. Spring will be here soon enough.

Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

I have been gone lately working on redoing parts of our master bathroom.

1. Love that someone else works out to DKM's besides myself! I so want them to come to Raleigh sometime so that our pipeband can open for them.

2. Between the aches, pains, and sad feeling. It sounds like as much as you probably don't want to. You need to take a couple of rest days and play with your diet some. You may not be getting enough of what you need. These other diet guru's would know better than me, but I do know if people aren't getting enough fats and other stuff it can mess with your mood.

4. Mac or PC?
1. Gran Torino- I liked it, I laughed, Clint Eastwood made the movie.

2. I go in cycles, right now it's probably fish. (favorite fat source is easier to pick)

3. Pay off student loans. Spend about 30k on bicycles. Buy a Burberry scarf, and a couture suit. Pay off my car. Donate money to the Shriners Hospital and Challenged Athletes Foundation.

4. PC with a dual partition for Linux.

Great job on Angie Christin--and then you still had strength left for BP and FS!!

Another rx for wintertime blues: sunshine

Spend some time outside if the weather doesn't suck.

Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

Hey Christin
You're making great progress! Glad to see the progress you've made since you started especially with you haning in there. I did my first workout today, a wokout that most of you would consider a warm up! This aging isn't easy and neither is crossfit but it's the best way to get older gracefully.

I stumbled across an article in the CF Journal that's inspiring (a least to me). The guys is amazing at 51. Hope you're all ahving a great day!I hope the link works for this.

Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

Good work on your Rx'd Angie - that's an awesome time!

Take care of that back though. Time to pamper yourself with lots of massage and/or do some serious prehab with a foam roller?

Re: A Soccer Mom's Log

Rest Day Social Club Q&As

1. What is the last movie you watched, start to finish? Give a mini-review.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall-Very cute, funny little movie. Full of jokes totally imapropriate and NOT WFS. One of the funniest lines was when the British singer asks the receptionist, "Have you seen my shoe? It's just like this one, but it's complete opposite, but not like it's evil twin though." I'm not sure why that was so funny but it really was.

2. What is your favorite protein source? Hmmm....Any kind of red meat and I do love my protein powder because it kicks my sweet cravings.
3. If you won the lottery ($5mill), what would you do with it? Move someone to Tx immediately. Pay off my student loans. Then, get busy planning endless adeventures.....

4. Mac or PC? PC. The next one will be a Mac though.
