DO a little research before you commit to a lot of soy in your diet. there are real issues with soy.

has anyone used http://trueprotien.com/store/index.asp to custom make a zone friendly meal replacement? any thoughts on what to use for carbs?

For whatever its worth I like Biotest Metabolic Drive (http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459252) I am sure there are reasons to count it out. I just am not that well versed in protein powders.

I mix it with 1 tbs natural peanut butter or flaxseed oil and 1 tsp Konasyl. I have always liked the taste and the consistency when mixed.

best protein ive ever tried by far is nutrabolics "isobolic" contains caesin(long lasting) whey and egg protein, also tastes amazing the raspberry yogurt is the best, it also has flaxseed and bromozyne to help you digest it properly, ive never seen anything better at this point
