Check out Eat to Perform or one of the many links that Darryl has posted. ETP claims to help folks build muscle and burn fat simultaneously. Not in terms of the fabled "getting big and ripped" lol but lowering your bf% and slowly adding lean mass.

Nutrition aside, I don't know what your CF programming is like, but I'd spend more of the focus on lifting heaving and getting stronger with Cardio or the WOD after your lifting session. Lifting heavy and focusing on strength = more dense muscles.

I'd get my body fat tested professionally every 90 days or so as well just to make sure my nutrition is spot on.

What you're asking for is tricking but try carb cycling and measure your results. Keep up posted. Good luck!
