Ok, so now who is willing to develop a program using just their top 5 movements for a few months and see where it takes them.

I bet if well programmed, they might make a lot more progress than expected.

Tough to narrow it down to 5

1. Rowing (would pick running but my knee won't tolerate it)
2. Burpees (hate 'em but let's face it, they're effective)
3. Thrusters (kind of a two-fer, combines squat and press)
4. Kettlebell swing (great for core)
5. Dips (I just like 'em)
