Back Squat
Deadlift
Press
Pull up
Running

I enjoy a nice relaxing run too much to give it up, even though some other exercises may be more efficacious at building complete fitness.

Clean and Jerk
Pull ups
Burpees (hate 'em but they are good for ya)
Front Squat
thrusters (again - hate em but great conditioning)

I'm assuming running isn't included ??? if so, I'd take away the thrusters and put in running

Don't know why running wouldn't be included. Certainly it's an exercise. It's a versatile one too, since it can be everything from sprinting to distance running to steeplechase to hill runs to stair running, and so on.

Considering that, I'm somewhat tempted to replace burpees with running. I hate both of `em anyhow.

I like this a lot. I only might swap the sled for rope climbs, because I have a grip fetish.

If I get a 6th, push press. If I could reinvent powerlifting I would make it front squat, push press, deadlift. Before I found oly those were my benchmarks.
