If you had to pick 5 exercises to do for the rest of your life...

If you had to pick 5 exercises to do for the rest of your life, what would they be and why?

Just a fun topic in general with no real purpose. I'm just curious to see what fellow crossfitters are going to say.

My picks:
Overhead Press - true test of strength, fantastic upper body push, fun
Squat - king of all exercises, best lower body exercise by far (with deadlifts being a close second)
Clean - power, strength, mobility
Rope climb - upper body pull, chins with the added benefit of grip, super fun
Handstand/Handbalancing - favorite exercise of all time, from handstands to one-arm planches, takes up most of my time practicing

Squat- Best overall exercise for strength (Need to work on more)

Press- Great upper body exercise.

Thruster- Really seems to smoke me.

Pull up- Best overall body weight exercise

Burpee- IMO quickest way to get a great cardio workout.

Good one! Tough to nail it to just 5 though, but I will try.

1 - squat, foundation of any good program
2 - Press
3 - Pull-up
4 - clean and jerk
5 - Kettlebell swing

I think you could get relatively strong and fit with a pogram using only these excercises.

Special mention for snatch, burpee, row, bench press.

I like this list, although I suck at press and hate thrusters, pullups, and burpees.

I was going to say front squat instead of just squat, but I think heavy thrusters would cover that reasonably well.

I also hate just about everything on the list. It seems like most things I hate are usually what is best for me.

LOL. I know what you mean. Sometimes I would rather take a beating then do a bunch of Burpees. Something I have noticed over the last year is that adding burpees to anything makes it instantly horrible.
