Help me straighten my arms

When doing pull-ups I struggled to get my arms straight at the bottom. I can do it but it is a very active movement. I definitely don't just fall to straight arms at the bottom of a pull-up. When I do get my arms straight I can feel it in my lower bicep to the upper inside of my forearm and in my lats. How do I stretch these areas out. I tried searching mobility WOD but didn't find much. I have no previous injuries that should be hindering the flexibility in these areas.

Yes, I have been doing hangs. Any other stretches to target these areas?

Re: Help me straighten my arms

It's possible you are compensating for missing shoulder flexion ROM. There is a fairly recent mobilityWOD video about this. Check out http://www.mobilitywod.com/2012/10/w...stability.html (WFS)

I am not sure if this is all of it or not, but I certainly fail that test. The video doesn't say how to correct the issue, so I will try to search Mobilitywod. Thanks for your help.
