Too many eggs?

Is it possible to eat too many eggs? I typically have 3 for breakfast and 3 for dinner almost every day, along with meat (usually ham in the morning and beef/chicken at dinner).

250lbs
5'11"
Crossfit 2 times a week and working out 3 days a week at home gym

Been doing crossfit for about 6 months but only recently started taking my diet seriously.

No I don't believe that is too many. Just make sure they're not your only protein source though, should be getting plenty of protein from a variety of sources.

Personally i prefer to have 6 for breakfast so that I can have something different at dinner time.

Get plenty of veges in too.

As long as you don't have an allergic reaction then shouldn't be an issue.

I have eaten around 7-8 a day for the past 4 years. Eat eggs, chicken, fish, beef and lots of veggies. Mix it up and you're fine.
