-active recovery. was meant to be a 5k but i miscalculated the distance.
-ran at 9 min/mile pace so i kept it nice and easy so i could loosen up without taxing myself. (mind you 9 min mile pace is easy for me considering i ran a 17:13 5k which is 5:32 min/mile pace).

maxing out in fs, dl, and bench later this week too. so ill repost all my maxes for my lifts on saturday. so far my bs and hop have pr'ed so lets see how the other lifts have progressed

-didnt attempt 2nd and 3rd round. felt burnt and could barely get the weight up so i left at that today.
-tommorow is active recovery and then ill be ready to hit it hard monday.
-monday is also a new cycle and ill be doing linear progression w/ met cons.( program design by chris kent of crossfit bartlett).
