http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJOYcrDqj_Q WFS

Not perfect by any means, but its a PR lift. Hope to get 360 by the end of the year!!! Edited video for language which is why its short at the end.

I don't think that was a true 1RM, like Andrew said it went up pretty easily.

Other than reminding you to keep your knees out I don't see much I'd change about it.

Re: 330x1 Back Squat PR

Thanks guys. Last time I hit a heavy single on this exercise was end of April at 315. I choose not to take a "TRUE" max on a back squat, but get a feel for where its at for my programming. I generally use the front squat for a true max. FWIW my front squat max last time was 275.

Eric, I know I have to keep my knees out more. My adductors are tight as hell and a work in progress.

And Andrew, yes they were playing Ghostbusters. Most of their music is a repetitive cd of pop hit stuff.

Strong work. I agree with the other guys; you got up pretty quick, so I would venture to guess that you have another PR in you.

I love the Ray Parker Jr in the background though...
