The thing I can't past is the high amounts of added sodium in these foods. Subway's sandwiches all have a lot, Chipotle's offerings as well. I pretty much assume any food I didn't prepare myself is going to have a lot of added sodium. And it's sure to be a very refined form of sodium.

Probably a good assumption. Even if it's not, it's a good attitude to take in order to drive you towards the good stuff instead.
