Exactly. It's "what is the minimum number of things I can change and still call it Paleo" rather than "how can I eat a healthier diet that supports my performance goals."

Stay as close to paleo as possible, but remember that life is short and you need to enjoy every minute you get.

I could use my Buffalo Bill kilt. It's quite soft, actually.

I'm starting strict Taco Bell drive through diet asap, but i'm not ready today so i'll probably wait and do it for my 2011 new year's resolution.
