Squat Problems

I have always had major problems with 2 parts of the squat:

1) getting below parallel
2) keeping my heels on the floor when I do try and get low

Help me please!!!

How wide is your stance and are you pushing your knees out?

Try putting a small wooden block or 5 or 10 pound weight under your heels. Not seeing your squat I would guess lack of depth is a fear or flexibility issue. If fear, squat in a power rack so you can dump the weight safely if you can't get up. If flexibility is the issue work on it without weight.
