A little info on what has been working for me on learning the presses:
For the handstand workout given in the CFJ last year, I found that doing the press I was learning for the "take off" and the next in the series for the "landing" part of the workout, was very beneficial. This means that to begin with I did, straight arm press to handstand for the "take off" and straight arm straight leg (stiff-stiff) for the "landing". My straight arm press is pretty smooth and under control, so I have moved onto doing the stiff-stiff press for the "take off" and the hollowback for the "landing", at the moment I can get a few inches off the ground with the stiff-stiff, and the hollowback looks like someone going from a handstand, bending their arms and crashing into a push up position.
Hope this has some use for y'all.
