Ab Workouts

Hi so I know that great abs are mostly affected by diet. However, I was wondering if people had some ab routines that they were doing instead of just the typical situps with a towel rolled under or the abmat.

Also, if you guys are just doing traditional situps, how many or what is the routine that you are doing?

Thanks

Renee's got it, midline stabilization is where it's at.

Definitely go train with Greg at Catalyst Athletics, though. That man really knows his **** when it comes to lifting heavy stuff. He also likes to program a lot of intense ab work into the CA WOD (hanging leg raises, weighted GHD sit-ups, Russian twists, et cetera). Can't go wrong if you're training with Greg.

Re: Ab Workouts

You live near one of the best gyms in the world. Go there and learn.

As for "ab workouts." If you are deadlifting, squatting and pressing heavy weights, you'll have really strong abs. If you eat well, they'll be visible.
