Re: Jessica's 'Let's Get Fit for Rugby' Log

Jessica,
I was just doing a search to find other Ruggers and stumbled upon your log. Keep up the good work!

I just started CrossFit not long after you did (I'm finishing my 2nd week right now). I was also in the very same situation. I've always been athletic and active and never really had to worry about being in shape or getting in shape, but now that I'm getting older, I'm realizing that my diet and activity needed to change if I wanted to be "fit". From what I've gathered, there's a lot of ruggers around here and I personally find CrossFit to be geared towards exactly what I need/want.

Anyway, I'm gonna keep track of this thread and see how you do. Hopefully we'll all see some great gains in the upcoming season!

Hi Joshua!

It's always good to see other ruggers on this site. I think Crossfit will do great things for us and I can't wait to take what I gain onto the pitch this fall.

Do you have a log on the forum?

No log, but I've been using this other site "beyondthewhiteboard". I found it in another poster's signature and started using it, I like it. You can find a link to my log in my signature.

That site looks great. I'll have to set one up.
