Skipped the rest day to make up for a missed WOD and jumped into yesterdays workout.
5 HSPU 10 LPU 15 Lunges as Rx
completed 9 full rotations and got the HSPU done on number ten before i ran out of time.
L shaped Pull ups are my weak point in this by my last set they were looking like chair shaped pull ups. they will get better with more practice.
Looking forward to my first CFT tomorrow!

Okay, first CFT:

Squat: 295 PR then tried for 315 and couldnt quite make it
Shoulder Press: 135 PR then tried 145 got it above eye level but couldnt lock out
Deadlift: 335 PR then tried 355 and couldnt get it off the ground i was spent

CFT: 765 PR

My form was terrible on the DL's looked more like a damn SLDL. made sure i went down far enough on the squat. need to keep working the shoulders.

i really didnt think i would break 750 on my first CFT i know its a long way from 1000 but it felt really good!

still a day behind on the WOD due to the time difference here:

5 Pull ups
5 Standard dips (no rings yet)
15 Sit ups
AMRAP 30Min

completed 20 rounds

My abs were already sore from L-PU's two days ago....

Went to work Bi's and tri's today:
75lbs straight bar curls 12 10 8 (needed a spot at the end of each set)
25lbs dumbell alternating curls standing 12 10 8
40lbs curls 12 halfway up 12 halfway down 12 full motion then rest repeat for 10 and 8 reps
65lbs over head tricep extensions (dumbbell)12 10 8
85lbs tricep pulldowns(machine) 12 10 8
85lbs over head tricep extensions (machine) 12 10 8
= smoked

Today was a triple cigar day do to mandatory fun time, i polished off two Gurkha New Castles and a 5 Vegas Gold. nothing like sitting out in the rain arounda bonfire enjoying a cigar!
