1x Clean 55kg
2x Push Jerk 55kg
1x Split Jerk 55kg
1x L-Sit Pull-up.....hard to keep the form here, but I've not really ever practiced these, the last time was prolly in July

10x support L-Sit Pull-ups....these were pretty easy.

tabita situps & 24kg OHKBS - 12 and 12 was lowest score.

Now its time to bring on the GOMAD!!!!

Then tabata sit ups and KB swings.

No noticeable strength gains in my shoulder work but they do look rather lovely.

Hi guys! The thing with Damo PowerBands (TM) is that they are powered by Damien. Andrew, seeing your time for the Filthy Fifty I think I might have to wear both wrist bands of power AND the headband...
