Are you doing your WOD prior to or after your Cindy Rounds? I was smoked today and felt like I was going 90%.

i just finished mine about a half hour ago which is 5 hours after my wod today. i did 5x5 of heavy squats and i paid the price during the challenge. my brother was timing me and laughing at me because he could see my legs burned during the squats.

i am really using this challenge to get my squats deeper. it might be as much of a balance issue for me as it is flexibility. i need to video the next challenge from the side so i can assess my squat from a different perspective. i feel like i am at about parallel right now which is better then a few months ago.

I usually use a Dynamax Ball and go below parallel

Ted, I'm buying in tonight, before my CFE WOD.

October 8th 3 rounds +
7th 2 rounds +
6th 1 round = 6

My pull-ups are terrible after some break from CF, so this should get me back.

I had a couple of folks buy-in yesterday with 3 rounds which brings the CF East Decatur total up to 3

We collectively decided that instead of timing the rounds, we would make the standard chest-to-bar pullups, plank pushups, and a2a squats.

Between the challenge and the regular WODs, the middle of October is going to be really interesting

We actually started Monday 10/6 but if you want to do an extra round - have at it.
I got 3 rounds at 1:40. I feel spent from yesterdays WOD. I am going back tonight to do my WOD and its gonna be a smoker.
As we start going up in rounds it is getting really interesting.
Glad to see more people are joining in.
Ted,
I had another brilliant idea - next month we can do the Thruster Challenge and after that a Floor Sweeper Challenge. I am using 135# and doing 50 in 3:30. They are the best ab exercise of all time.
