Another fantastic Glassman production at CrossFit HQ. Incredible training. Also the next time you see some training with Coach Burgener's name on it, drop what you are doing and go. Make plans to go train in his garage. From Olympic caliber folks down to me, Coach Burgener will make you better. There will be another seminar...probably in June if the every other month format keeps up. Go. It is an amazing experience. The training is terrific of course but meeting the people you have met on the message board is just as wonderful. CrossFit has the most amazing cross-section of society you can imagine. CF rocks.

Enjoy the notes.

awesome stuff Eugene, it was like i was there...
i would love to attend a CF seminar but being in Australia makes it hard,
Any chance someone got the Rob Wolf ring routine on video or the 5 muscle up's from connor martin.
that would be awesome to see some videos of that

Eugene,

Thanks for investing the time taking the great detailed notes!!! Just so people know Eugene worked on these notes throughout the seminar and in the morning and night after the seminar. His laptop was always there recording the event. Thanks for your dedication to the Crossfit community!!!

Thanks Eugene! These are awesome! Not only did he take the notes folks - he was fully present as a participant as noted by his scores in the various workouts.

Did anyone else notice that the scores posted along with age show that age might not be a limiting factor with crossfit? There were old folks (us in the 40's) throughout the scores and there were young un's also throughout. No one age group was huddled up in a particular placing.

I used to have to pay good money for someone to take lecture notes for me in college. Now Eugene is doing it. Thanks a lot, bro. The check is in the mail...

Eug, aka the "crossfit historian," you did a great job with these notes but you made one small mistake. You said the thrusters for Fran were with 75 lbs., when in fact the default weight for guys was 95 lbs.

P.S. Maybe I'm just nitpicking because I'm bitter about you beating me on Fat Helen by nearly two minutes.
