In Feb. I weighed in at 201 lbs with a body fat of 12.5% Over 4 months I decresed my normal calesthenic workouts and increased my crossfit workouts to the point of only doing anerobic intervals for "cardio". Yesterday I weighed in at 208 lbs with 8.5% body fat.

The numbers I'm most proud of are:
Max pullups- 15 (up from 10)
Fran- 13:06 (down from 16:10)
All other workouts- at least 1 min less than the last time I did it.

Thanks, to crossfit and everyone who posts.
(Now, any ideas how to get the rest of the Fire Dept. off the body building BS and on to crossfit?)

That's got to be the million dollar question around here. I think the solution is to have Josh Everet and Greg Armstrong touring around the country doing Fran at every fire hall, police station, high school, army base and odd gym.

"How old are you and what are you eating?"

I'm 32 and you might not want to hear this, but I eat everything. I try to eat healthy but when I feel like eating a pizza and drinking a 6 pack of beer, I go for it.
