I believe Steven Low is writing a book at the moment. I don't know when it is being published, but I want it.

I have a similar issue. I will be gone for 2 years and have no access to weights. Sandbags and rings are some of my only options. But because I will always have people with me, I thought that I might be able to lift them ... with their permission of course.

Broad Jumps, Lunges, Box Jumps, Sprints, and Squats. Jumping is very good.

Aiming for the end of the summer... got 3 chapts left to write + editting. So am on hiatus from here and other boards until I finish up writing those chapts
