Heavy Sandbag Back Squats

I just discovered a good way to do these.

Lay a LARGE towel on surface just below your chest
Put your sandbags in the towel
Fold the edges up and over the back of the bags
Pull the edges over your shoulders and lift the bags up

Keep the bags high on your back, and be sure to use the largest, thinnest, and strongest towel to lift with
