Am i only working back muscles?

When i do thrusters, or a couple other workouts like thruster only my back tends to feel sore. I am doing light weight only a 45lb bar, just working on the right way to lift. My back is the only thing that ends up to be sore the next day. I am not sure if it because i am not lifting enough weight for my arms and legs to be sore. I am a novice and am wondering if this sounds right. My back is not in pain just sore muscles. Thank you. Well mainly my upper back

I don't know about everyone else, but I always feel it in my shoulders and my quads.

[Edit: It's probably due to underdeveloped back muscles in comparison to the rest of the muscles you would normally be working by doing a thruster. Once your back muscles are "caught up" and you're working with more weight, you should start to feel it in other muscles as well.]

Nicholas is probably right. If your back is underdeveloped it's going to be working more.

Either that or you're rounding it during the movement which is bad (vid yourself and see).
