Re: GH Sit-ups, Worth The Risk?

i have worked with the GHD situp a few times on an angled GHD and now i have what feels like a hinge point in my lower back. it doesnt hurt but it feels like the vertebrae are are pressing into each other. i have always practiced backbends and other gymnastic movements and never had a problem. but the GHD situp always seems to overextend my lowerback. like i said before it may be from the angled GHD
