Re: Deadlift form

I would say drop the butt a little more from the starting position to get torso angle up a slight bit more, but since you have a fairly long upper torso I think it's fine as is so no need to do that if you don't want to (or see how it feels).

Also, arms could come in a bit but overall since they are somewhat outside shoulder width but if your legs feel too much in the way just leave it the way it is. At least they are straight (I think) this time around.

Hey, that's a huge improvement. Looks pretty good... keep it up!

Re: Deadlift form

Not bad. Few minor things that you can improve.

1) Head at neutral. Look at a point approx 5 feet in front of you.
2) Like steve said, drop that butt down a bit more.
3) Back rounds out on rep 3 a bit. Might be due to fatigue. Stay on top of that.

Can't tell from this video but butt being high might cause the scaps to not be directly over the bar. Get the spine of the scaps over the bar on every rep to make it efficient.

Keep it up! You will be piling on the plates VERY soon.

Huge improvement from the last video. I agree with Steve and Chris.
