Yep that is a REAL big space. Currently I just use about 1500sq ft and access to a large parking lot. No capability to run side by side classes like you are able to. Advantage of being in the south however, no snow!! I'm trying to get a womens class around 9:30 am..ideal for those stay at home moms who dropped their kids off at school already...will see how much interest there is. Btw, nice evil workout you got there...ouch! love it.
